About Christian Scott

Christian Scott is a photographer, on-camera personality, makeup artist, photo retoucher, and graphic designer. He’s been in the industry for more than 15 years and has worked with some of the biggest names in Hollywood and Australia.

Christian studied photography at The Australian Centre for Photography in Sydney. While studying, he was offered a position as photographer at a Sydney based studio where he perfected his makeup, hair styling and digital photo retouching skills and even learned the original art of hand-retouching. By the end of his seven years there, he was a makeup artist, hair stylist, photographer, retoucher, and was Head of the Digital Department. After being head-hunted by another Sydney based studio, he started his own business and began contracting as a digital retoucher.

As an independent photographer, Christian's work has been published on the cover of SX Magazine and New Idea Magazine in Australia. He’s also been published in Blue Magazine, Hotelier Magazine, and in a book called “Undressed to Thrill”. Christian has done numerous shoots for album covers and various publicity and promotional material for a variety of people and companies while in Australia. In 2010 Christian shot promotional photography on location in Paris for an Australian studio and has produced shoots and done makeup for clients in Australia, the U.S and throughout Europe.

In October 2008, Christian moved to Hollywood, met TV/Radio Personality Leeza Gibbons and became her makeup artist and photographer. He has worked closely with her on various photo shoots and also appeared on-camera for her mineral makeup line Sheer Cover. As Sheer Cover's makeup artist, Christian also appeared in advertorials on Australia’s top rating show, “The Morning Show” and filmed several "how-to" makeup segments for the Sheer Cover website and Australian and U.S. infomercial. Christian has worked closely with Guthy-Renker U.S. and Australia helping to develop and grow the Sheer Cover brand. His photography is currently being used in advertising campaigns for “Sheer Cover”, “Sexy Legs”, and “Perfect Style” hair extensions.

Christian has worked with some of Hollywood and Australia's biggest names including TV/Radio Personality Leeza Gibbons, The Jersey Shore's Deena Cortese, Australia's Biggest Loser Host Ajay Rochester, singers Chantelle Delaney and Diana Holt and actors Gianni Russo, Talia Shire and Brian Wiseman. He prides himself on his strong work ethics and is known in Hollywood for his down to earth approach and easy to work with attitude.
